In each delivery, your cheeses are curated perfectly by Academy of Cheese-accredited experts. As International Cheese & Dairy Award judges, we know our stuff - and we'll select only the most extraordinary cheeses from the 6,000 entered, bringing you the finest examples of traditional icons - and introducing new favourites that you'll simply have to share. You'll receive tasting notes from Leo (that's me!), our Director of Cheese; along with the story behind each cheese - and (I think this is the best bit) we'll provide you with everything you need to create a stunning meal with cheese at its very heart. A different, delicious centrepiece dish, every month, with everything you need to create it.
