“A hand-made semi-soft soft cheese.  It has a top note of cream, complemented by the deep rich blue undertone.  Mild when young but as it matures it develops a strong ripe taste!

Has won it’s class at the Yorkshire Show, awarded the Prince of Wales Award for Excellence in Quality for Dairy Produce, awarded a star in the Great Taste awards 2016 and bronze in the national Artisan Cheese Awards 2017.

Serves well with a dark beer or a robust red wine like a Malbec.  Alternatively try it with a dessert red such as a dark muscat.”
