“St. Jude Curd is made in a similar method to St. Jude but the cheese curd is drained in a fabric bag and carefully mixed giving it a smooth texture with all the beautiful flavours of the milk from the Montbéliard cows. We use a vegetable rennet derived from the Cardoon thistle to gently set this versatile curd.”
