Beautiful soft blue cheese made with local Lincolnshire milk. Said to be similar to a blue brie. We are very proud of this new addition to our cheese family and have been working on it for nearly a year. Making us even more proud, it won a bronze award at the Great British Cheese Awards in 2012.
