“Our traditional Shropshire Blue is made at our Hartington Creamery using locally sourced, Derbyshire pasteurised milk. This beautiful cheese has an orange colour due to the natural annatto colouring we add into it, with contrasting deep blue veining. This has a natural rind and matures for around 10–12 weeks, producing a soft textured creamy cheese with a mild blue and tangy flavour.”
