A soft, mould-ripened hand-made cheese with a rich, sweet flavour. It has a white rind and a smooth, creamy texture. Shepherd’s Crook is allowed to mature for more days than its sibling, Little Ryding, which gives it a little taller, narrower shape and milder and firmer texture.
