“White Lake Cheese’s Sheep Rustler is a sheeps’ milk version of our well known Rachel cheese.

This is a Semi hard sheep’s cheese aged to around 3 months old, it has a colourful orange/yellow and brown rind with a medium, mellow, nutty flavour with hints of caramel.
