Over the last year or two, Snowdonia Pickle Power has become my favourite cheese. It has a soft, almost crumbly texture, and a great, full cheese flavour, but with the added bonus of also tasting like pickled onions: cheese and pickle all in one. And because it has genuine pickled onions in it, the flavour is strong-but-pleasant: unlike what we experience with foods with pickled onion flavour added.
I would highly recommend this cheese!
