“The Peakland White name and cheese is our own unique creation. Made in our artisan Creamery on Pikehall Farm in the Peak District village of Hartington. A young cheese, this is only matured for two weeks, making it fresh and high in lactose. This lovely mild cheese is creamy, crumbly, and slightly salty, reminiscent of Cheshire, or White Stilton. A mild tasting cheese that is great on its own, it can be used is the same way as Feta in salads. Try wrapping a wedge in foil and baking it in the oven with herbs and olive oil!”
