Selecting our cheese at 6 months old, we cold-smoke it for at least 24 hours. No dying, painting or injecting ‘smoke’ flavour here. And you’ll notice the difference.
Tasting notes – As with all our cheeses- enjoy on its own with your favourite chutney or pickles. Then again – this cheese lends itself to a special raclette-style melting feast or, simply melted on top of sourdough bread for the best cheese on toast in the world!
