Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses’ Mrs Butler’s is matured for 3-5 months making it mild and creamy but with just enough acidity creating a delicious depth of flavour. The cheese curds are allowed to develop their unique taste and texture over a slow make. They are then filled into individual moulds, by our master cheesemakers, and cloth bound in the traditional way before careful maturation for between 3 – 5 months.
