This cheese is absolutely incredible. Smooth texture with a really rich, savoury and almost meaty flavour. Stands out on a cheese board but equally at home in a sandwich or melted on a burger.

I personally love sharp bitey cheddars but its hard to fault this crowd-pleaser. It’s smooth and not too strong – the sort of cheese you can safely serve to anyone and take anywhere that will always satisfy.

Smooth with delicate nutty notes and very, very tasty. Enjoyed as part of a cheeseboard – will be trying this on a summer burger straight from the barbecue next. Yum!

A sheer triumph

A strong enough tang to hit the roof of your mouth with pleasure. It’s a delicious, more nutty alternative to a a classic mature cheddar. The flavour stays with you, so savour it! It’s smooth texture is pleasing to some but I do like a bit of crumble from a hard cheese.
