“Named after Mary Quicke’s mother, who built the original cheese dairy at Home Farm during the 1970s, Quicke’s Lady Prue combines goat’s and cow’s milk to create a pale and delicate clothbound cheese. It is one of only a handful of mixed milk cheeses being made in the UK.

This unique cheese is handcrafted by our expert cheesemakers using a mix of our own grass-fed cow’s milk and locally-sourced goat’s milk, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months.

A youthful, delicate cheese with a creamy texture, subtle taste of goat and grassy, caramelly hints.”
