“An all round favourite – Ribblesdale Goat Curd is soft, creamy, citrusy & luscious!  What more can I say!  You can eat it fresh, on biscuits, with chocolate, with fruit, in a salad or you can bake with it.  Bettys of Harrogate have used this on the menu for over five years and make the most wonderful open sandwiches, beetroot tarts, it can be used in all manner of ways, limited only by your imagination.  Thomasina Miers did a wonderful recipe with it, here.”
