This is one of our most popular cheeses thanks to its soft oaky flavour. It’s based on a traditional English smallholders cheese and gently smoked over the Cumbrian oak  shavings in our own Thornby Moor smokehouse.

Perfect on its own, with either red or white wines (we’ve been told it’s particularly good with Prosecco), or on a Carr’s Water biscuit or simple bed of crusty fresh bread.

MELTS WELL. Recommended in a tatie or add some to your Macaroni Cheese.
