A great beginner blue

Having not previously tried much blue cheese at all I was delighted by this smooth and creamy blue. The taste is fairly mild and not at all overpowering. Perfect to try with a fruity jelly or chutney to complement the flavours and works really well as part of a cheeseboard with other hard cheeses.
