We’re known for our washed-rind Jersey cows milk cheese named Baronet. It is Reblochonesque and its texture & flavour changes with the season. We also produce fresh cheeses, fresh curd cheese, Jersey Curd – our 3-stars award winner at the Great Taste Awards 2020. And our new cheese: Lypiatt, is available now.
